Welcome to MindAxisPath, your partner in personal growth. These Terms of Service apply to all offerings made in 2025 through MindAxisPath.com.

1. Overview

MindAxisPath provides interactive learning experiences, downloadable resources, and physical products designed to support your journey toward self-improvement. By engaging with any of our offerings, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Offerings

Live courses and one-on-one coaching sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times. Availability may vary based on instructor schedules.

3. Digital Materials

Downloadable resources, video courses, and e-books are delivered electronically upon purchase.

4. Physical Products

Physical items, including journals, workbooks, and other materials, are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Live Courses and Coaching Sessions: You may request reimbursement by notifying us at least 7 days before the scheduled start. Requests received 3 to 7 days prior are eligible for 50% reimbursement. Requests made within 3 days of the session are not eligible for reimbursement, but a one-time schedule adjustment is available within three months.

Digital Materials: All access to electronic resources is granted immediately. Purchases of digital materials are final and not eligible for reimbursement.

Physical Products: Items may be shipped back within 14 days of delivery to qualify for reimbursement. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the shipment, we will process your reimbursement within 10 business days via the original payment method. Customers are responsible for shipping expenses.

6. Scheduling Changes

For live offerings, a one-time adjustment to your booked time is available if requested at least 3 days in advance. All change requests should be sent through our support team.

7. Limitations on Reimbursements

Certain special offers or bundle packages may be designated as final sale with no reimbursement options. Such restrictions will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
